  Senior Drupal Developer

  The senior Drupal/ PHP developer will work on the development and on-going maintenance of client solutions in website and interactive TV development.

  You will have at least 3+ years building consumer-facing intuitive web user interfaces, working as part of a team on projects in the e-commerce, mobile or the broadcast sector.

  We are looking for a developer who can take the initiative, communicate well with others and design and deliver high quality software solutions.

  Responsibilities

  • Develop the platform to support client requirements and emerging devices
  • Deliver tasks against agreed schedule, following Agile methodologies
  • Ensure that the architectural design of the system is extendable, scalable and maintainable
  • Remain current on new and emerging technologies and the potential application to solutions
  • Recognise opportunities for enhancement and submit constructive suggestions for change
  • Leading by example, delivering thoroughly tested high quality software
  • Ensure assigned critical support issues are resolved quickly
  • Ensure status of assigned tasks are promptly updated in the issue management tool
  • Help the team to complete actions on time and quickly resolve raised impediments
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for assigned development
  • Contribute to best practices and ensure they are followed on all assigned projects

  Key Skills

  • Commercial experience in developing and maintaining Drupal web applications in an Agile environment
  • Drupal custom module development and theming
  • Understanding of REST-based APIs and XML parsing
  • A habit of thorough testing and retesting of own work and assisting others to debug issues
  • A good ideology for managing maintainable, scalable code and configuration in Drupal
  • Familiar with source control principles and comfortable with Subversion
  • Cross-browser standards compliant HTML / CSS

  Digital Business Analyst

  The Business Analyst will work as a consultant and business analyst on e-commerce, digital media and television convergence initiatives for organisations in media, commerce and government.

  The role requires a candidate with a sound consulting and business analysis background and with experience in working with website, e-commerce and online operational teams.

  Responsibilities

  • Work closely with client teams in the definition of business, customer and technical solutions.
  • Capture, analyse and design business, functional and non-functional requirements for the implementation of new platforms and systems
  • Complete business process analysis and design and work with users in the implementation of new operational processes and procedures
  • Work with test team to develop user acceptance and operational acceptance tests, where necessary implement the testing as part of business implementation and go-live
  • Assist with the development of training materials and courses, support the new users after go-live

  Key Skills

  • At least 5 years consultancy or business analysis experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A systematic and thorough approach
  • The ability to extract and interpret requirements from multiple stakeholders, agree compromise proposals and communicate with technical and development teams
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Proven ability to work closely with developers and a variety of end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.

  Senior Front End Developer

  The front-end web developer will work to build cutting edge interactive TV and mobile applications for market-leading brands.

  The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, passion for technology, communicate well, extensive XHTML/CSS and JQuery development experience, and able to get up to speed quickly

  Responsibilities

  • Work with user interface designers, and core platform developers to implement sophisticated and great looking application user interfaces for Web, Mobile and TV devices
  • Develop and extend OO JQuery libraries to maintain a reusable framework
  • Convert designs into production-ready templates for our core platform development team

  • Build reusable, well-abstracted, and efficient components using XHTML / CSS and JQuery
  • Collaborate with the development team on ways to enhance the functionality, look and feel of our applications
  • Identify and resolve browser compatibility issues
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and issues during development

  Key Skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment, from making pixel perfect sites that meet the design requirements to integrating code with the back-end development team.
  • 3+ years experience building consumer-facing intuitive web user interfaces
  • Strong, proven skills in XHTML, CSS, JQuery and AJAX
  • Knowledge of how to use appropriate hooks in XHTML to limit the amount of classes and ID’s required on a page.
  • Deep understanding of CSS inheritance and how to use it to your advantage.
  • Good understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform compatible solutions
  • A habit of thorough testing and retesting of own work and assisting others to debug issues
  • Excitement of emerging standards such as HTML 5 and CSS3.
  • A good ideology for managing maintainable, scalable and cross-browser code
  • Familiar with source control principles and comfortable with Subversion

  Digital Producer

  The digital producer will work with clients in order to analyse, define and document requirements for the delivery of new sites, applications and features to existing services.

  You will have the ability to analyse and document client requirements and basic experience of information architecture and wire-framing.

  We are looking for a producer with a passion for and knowledge of both Information Technology and the Internet.

  Requirements

  • Understanding the projects’ lifecycle for online deliveries
  • Help manage clients and co-ordinate activity in the delivery of online projects to time and budget
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Word).Basic understanding of Html, SEO, PHP knowledge an advantage
  • Experience of managing and delivering User Acceptance Testing with clients

  Key Skills

  • To develop wireframes, sitemaps, simple prototypes, take meeting notes and other documents to define client requirements for the development of new services
  • To test the solutions delivered and ensure the clients’ requirements are met including the completion of acceptance testing
  • To liaise with internal delivery teams – user experience, design and development – to oversee the implementation of the clients requirements
  • To co-ordinate the release of new live sites’ features internally and to clients’ teams
  • To be a key point of contact for clients – attending meetings, calls and general correspondence through the project delivery.
  • To manage the project library across the team and keeping all project documentation up-to-date

  Lead User Experience Architect

  The Lead User Experience Architect will have exceptional capabilities around conceptual design, user profiling and task analysis, information architecture, interaction and experience design for TV Apps and Web.

  Requirements:

  • Ability to translate user’s objectives into an intuitive end –to- end digital experience for TV and web.
  • To deliver the magic details which make the experience flawless.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with the rest of the team
  • Experience in communicating effectively at both pitch and project levels.
  • Core capabilities in concept development, information architecture, interaction, experience design.
  • A degree in HCI or similar.
  • 3+ years industry experience; 6+ years for a senior user experience consultants.

  Most importantly, you must be extremely passionate about creating an experience that meets and exceeds the rule of best practice but also creates a new and improved benchmark for our others in our industry.
